You can complete our patient forms online before your visit. Existing patients can use the Pay Your Bill link to submit payments, and we offer patient financing through CareCredit.
If you have a dental emergency and you are already a patient with us, please contact us by phone so we can help determine next steps as quickly as possible. If you are not currently a patient at Diamond & Fisher Dental, please contact an urgent dental clinic or emergency provider instead of using the online form, as we need to reserve our emergency appointment slots for our existing patients.
