I am the newest face at Drs. Diamond and Fisher’s office. I am always ready to meet new challenges. My favorite part about being a dental assistant is making patients feel at ease and as comfortable as possible during their visit. I love the interactions I am able to have and it makes me feel great knowing that patients are leaving with smiles on their faces. Away from work, I am hanging out with my sweet dog, Zoe. I also enjoy running, yoga, and going to the movies.

Alyssa Dental Assistant

I graduated from Westbrook College/UNE in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and was fortunate enough to begin working at Dr. Diamond’s office as soon as I graduated. I can’t believe my own ears when I hear myself say that I have been at Diamond & Fisher Dental for 20 years! It has been an amazing journey and I look forward to seeing what the next 20 years will bring. My co-workers are like family to me and I treasure sharing my work days with each and every one of them. I also love spending time with my patients. On a professional level, it is rewarding to help people take care of their oral health and overall health. On a personal level, it’s an honor to have gotten to know so many wonderful people and their families.

When I am not at work, I am home raising my three boys. As a family we enjoy camping, basketball, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, and spending lots of quality time with friends and family. Personally I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, and volunteering in my kids’ classrooms. Most of our vacation time is spent traveling to Vermont to visit my husband’s family or to Northern Maine to visit my family. My favorite place to be is on Eagle Lake in July!

I have been in the dental field since 1992. Most of my dental hygiene career has been here at Diamond & Fisher Dental. The office staff are not only my coworkers, but are true friends. I feel very fortunate to be able to work part-time doing a job I love, and also have time to be there for my three daughters.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and girls, camping, going to the beach, and cross country skiing during the winter months.

I have been working in a dental office since I was in high school. After graduation I went to Westbrook College (now UNE) and earned my degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Deciding to become a dental hygienist has been a great career path for me. I have been working at Diamond & Fisher Dental for 20 + years and appreciate all that my co-workers have helped me achieve in the knowledge of oral health. Over the years I have taken many continuing education courses to keep informed about the latest updates in health, treatments, and technologies in the dental field. I enjoy getting to know our patients individually while providing high quality dental care. I love what I do and I enjoy the office’s fun spirit, comfortable atmosphere, and great patients.

I am originally from Salem, MA, and when I am not at the office, my husband and I enjoy attending our two boys’ sporting events, discovering new restaurants in the Old Port, trips to Boston and Florida, taking walks with friends and our dog, working in the yard, volunteering in our Parish, spending time anywhere on the coast of Maine, and catching up with family and friends.

I am one of the first faces to welcome you into our office. I have been working in the dental field since 2008 and enjoy every day of my job! I am so happy to be part of this caring and hard working dental team. I grew up in Scarborough so it is nice to see many familiar faces of patients and families I have known for years.

In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, exercising, and being outdoors in the warm weather. Most of all I love spending time with my husband and three children.

Eliza Dental Assistant

I graduated from UMA Bangor with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2012. Since graduating, I have primarily worked in a general practice but also have experience in a pediatric setting and very much enjoy working with kids. I joined the Diamond & Fisher Dental team in 2015 and it is by far the best office I have been a part of.

Away from work, I am usually on an adventure with my goldendoodle, Tad :)
